Course Description:

Art lessons based on student's interests and goals within the general framework of the elements and principles of design.
 

Course objective:

Encourage students to move forward with their own art.

Homework:

Students will be given weekly sketchbook assignments.

Evaluation:

Students will keep a portfolio of their work.

Classroom Expectations:

  • Students are expected to show respect for the instructor and other students.
  • Negative racial, sexual or religious comments will NOT BE TOLERATED.
  • Students may NOT depict blood, violence or weapons in studio projects.
  • All students are expected to keep the room clean and all materials and tools clean and orderly.
